If you're curious about how WAVEgeneration got started, it was my career in Workforce Development and Employment Training that forced me to think about success and change -- creating lasting change in ourselves and the impact those changes have on the people around us.

If we really want success, it will usually require change. How can we prepare for success and change? Like anything else, we get better by practicing. We become better at dealing with change by experiencing it, seeing the world from a new perspective, by doing things we've never done. This holds true for individuals and organizations.

As we become more satisfied and more successful, the same will happen for those around us, and then those around them, and we will create a wave of.... Then, as Gandhi says, we can 'be the change we wish to see in the world.'

My work has always been about completing the accomplishment that leads to the next success, that’s why I still have Business Partnering and Project Management clients. Breaking through our obstacles, expanding our perspectives, reaching new levels of success~
